Onboarding Instructions - Vendor
Onboarding Process
You will receive an email from “Outsystems” with a link to their personalized onboarding profile from
your sponsor here at Powerhouse.
The first page is where to start the process as well as opt out, should you wish to no longer be a partner
of Powerhouse. Please note you can opt out at any time in the bottom right hand corner
Once you click start process, you will be begin by selecting your service categories; Labor, Logistics,
Equipment, Material, or Survey
Once you’ve selected your service categories, the next step is basic information about your business.
You are required to validate your phone and email
Once your email and phone number have been verified and all information filled out we collect your
address & service area.
You can select which address is going to auto-populate on your W9 and MSA by checking the boxes
labeled MSA/W9 next to the appropriate address.
You will also be able to set your service area right in onboarding that will populate in your profile.
In the additional information section you will be able to select trades, number of office locations, size of
employee pool, diversity status, & licensing status
If ‘yes’ selected for minority owned, then it’ll ask for type and a certificate or if you need guidance with
obtaining a certificate.
If you are interested in becoming diverse certified, please click yes and send an
email directly to Vendorservices@powerhousenow.com so we can help you with the process.
The very last section of the onboarding are your documents; Certificate of Insurance (Requirements
below in Exhibit A), MSA, and W9. These documents are required to receive work with powerhouse.
If you do not meet all of the COI requirements, please reach out to Vendor Services and we will be more
than happy to work with you. For the MSA, you just select opt out and download the document; redline
as you see fit and return to VS as well.
First step in documents: you will set up your signature profile, this is the signature that will populate on
your documents when you click ‘sign’.
Once you create your signature profile you will be prompted to preview and sign your w9. You must
click preview for the document to appear to sign.
Then will be the MSA, it works the same – click preview and the document will populate for you to
review and sign or opt out and download
The information for your signature populates from the information you provided earlier in the
onboarding, if you need it to be different, please let VS know and we will make sure it’s correct for you.
Certificate of Insurance is your last step in our onboarding before it goes into review with our
onboarding team.
Please upload your COI here and if there are any changes that need to be made the Vendor Services
team will reach out to you personally regarding the changes. Once that’s been completed, you move to
pending review and it goes into our queue, here in vendor services, to approve
